Terms & Conditions

1. All goods will be delivered to one single location on Ground Floor where crane lorry can be reached. Different Spots even within the same site will count as different locations. 

2. Delivery will be made within normal working hours only, which 10:00 to 17:00 Monday to Saturday excluding public holidays. We can only try our best to cope with you the fixed specific delivery time but it is not guaranteed.

3. Goods will be packed in an economic way. All goods within the same container must be delivered to one SINGLE location within the same day. 

4. All extra charges incurred in case of non-delivery due to insufficient space, cancellation of delivery dates after booking of all tractors and crane lorries, specific delivery time which cannot be met, etc., will be charged to purchaser's account. 

5. LIMITED WARRANTY : If the product is found defective after proven to the manufacturer's faults within one year, the seller will replace, free of charge, on one to one basis. It is no claim for any consequential loss arising from the use of the product, or charges for labour or making repairs to the product, or any other claims.

6. Goods shall be received or collected within four months from the date of acceptance of quotation.

7. Cancellation/return/exchange of goods will generally not accepted by the seller.
